Famous are the uses of the Moringa, considered one of the most useful trees in the world.  Nearly every part of the Moringa can be eaten for food and other beneficial properties.  In fact, there is a HUGE worldwide industry devoted to selling Moringa extracts via pills and liquid refreshments

Even the green pods are consumed and taste like asparagus.  You can also pick green seeds and treat them like garden peas.  Or, dry pods are opened and the seeds toasted - we tried all those ideas and can say Moringa is fun and tasty to eat

Moringa leaves are super nutritious

Claims include 7 times the vitamin C of oranges, 4 times the vitamin A of carrots, 4 times the calcium of milk and twice the protein, and 3 times the potassium of bananas

Hold on, there's more...

Even the roots are eaten.  Moringa roots taste like horseradish (root) hence it's common name used in Florida, Horseradish Tree

You may prune your Moringa as you wish and in many cultures Moringa is cut back every year to keep leaves and pods easy to reach (to eat)

BUT ...if this exceptional bloomer had none of the eating features, it's still a way cool fragrant bloomer...easy care, RARE and very much a specimen plant no one else will have
