4 - Cassia Marginata is a gorgeous small evergreen tree intensely red and rare to see.  Flowering is so heavy, it seems the tree will fall over from the sheer weight of the flowers

Maximum blooming is generally May and June, and although this tree is small, it is so powerful, this is definitely a specimen quality tree.  Plant in zone 10 or warm zone 9

5 - Queen's Crape Myrtle is simply magnificent

The intense lavender-pink flowers of Queen's Crape Myrtle are displayed in sprays 5-6 inches wide and 12-15 inches long blooming profusely during June, July and often also August ...great months to have this stunning flowering tree when most all other trees are finished blooming

Rated 25-30 feet in zone10 Florida.  Queen's Crape Myrtle is commonly used indoors and is a prized bonsai tree in the orient

The Dwarf Yellow Poinciana is evergreen and shows off the same style broken leaves as the Royal Poinciana, bright and delicate

This is a true dwarf, likely mature at 7-10 feet and so is also well suited to pot culture.  You enjoy your flowers during most of the warm and hot months.  Plant in zone 10 or zone 9

9 - Bauhinia Monandra is a exceptionally beautiful orchid tree, small and often dwarf

Gorgeous complex flowers show off in great masses of bloom mostly during the warm and hot months but also in the fall months

In Fort Lauderdale zone10 leaves hold on all year, but may be deciduous in cooler areas such as zone 9.  A real show off, Bauhinia Monandra is a favorite of many who love flowering trees

10 - Colvillea Racemosa is a rare flowering tree native to Madagascar ..so you know it's cool

11 - Bauhinia purpurea, the Purple Orchid Tree is a classic easy bloomer for color up to 10 months a year

The Purple Orchid Tree just wants a well drained location and some decent food during the warm months.  This is a medium tree to about 30 feet for zone 10 or warm 9

12 - Tabebuia caraiba, Yellow Tabebuia, it a small tree for zone 10.  A super bloomer flowering intensely in spring. Seriously famous especially in Fort Myers.  Handles dry periods well and is exceptionally beautiful if left with no added irrigation in winter and spring

13 - Cananga odorata, Ylang-Ylang, is the world famous Chanel No5 perfume tree.  Developed by Coco Chanel who introduced the perfume in France in 1923, Chanel No5 has been a top-of-the-line world class perfume ever since.  The essence of the perfume is derived from this tree's flowers

14 - Bauhinia acuminata is the most dwarf of all the orchid trees (bauhinia species), and likely the most beautiful as well.  Uniquely fragrant with gorgeous flowers, this spring bloomer is a specimen tree, rare, and a real prize for any collection or landscape. Enjoy in zone 10 or warm zone 9.  Excellent for pots as well

15 - Coffea arabicum 'Kona' is the coveted Kona coffee famous from Hawaii.  If you like or love coffee, you can cultivate your own in zone 10 or greenhouse shelter.  OK as shade grown but can handle direct sun/hours as well
